In 1999, Grand Hale Marine moved into its current location, a newly constructed 30,000 square foot building. The Vancouver Plant employs over 120 people year round. Main products include Sea Urchin, Salmon, Salmon Caviar, Halibut, Herring Roe, Herring Roe on Kelp, Black Cod, West Coast Spotted Prawns, Dungeness Crab & Wild Mushrooms. Product forms include Fresh, Frozen, Canned, Salted, Fillets, and H&G.

In 2006, A New building was built adjacent to the original building, utilizing it as a state of the art cold storage & more processing area.

In 2001 construction was completed on a 26,000 square foot processing plant located in the northern British Columbia town of Port Edward, near Prince Rupert, B.C. Product from Alaska and Northern B.C. is initially processed in Prince Rupert then finished in Vancouver. This assures the shortest time line from catch to process, which is critical in the delivery of a quality fresh product. The Vancouver plant also handles product from Southern B.C. and Washington State. The Port Edward plant employed 180 people in the first year of operation
